Find it hard to believe that VH has recently written this book and would be interested to know whether this book was actually written years ago and has been published now on the back of her previous novels. After a promising start, the storyline soon deteriorated and I found myself skimming and skipping pages as it turned into a predictable Mills & Boon, chick-lit classic. Try to always read a book to the end, but this was truly torturous! If I had read this book first, I would never have even tried her others.
