I know nothing about motor racing but Senna and Rush made that world accessible ,even to the likes of me , and provided fascinating and critical insights into the character of Senna , Hunt and Lauda . This film, by comparison , is a bland account of Schumacher’s racing career , clearly endorsed ( and it feels like , edited ) by his devoted family . There is not a single scene that takes the viewer behind the curtain in any meaningful way . An altogether rather pointless film
