It's like reading a book of short stories that have a common thread but not sure how they'll tie together but then the last episode drops a HUGE aha moment. There were a few that I liked (or loved) more than others, but they are all well done. You have to like culture and history to fully get into it. If you looking for something that is mindless, this is not it.
Can't wait for season 2.
