As a huge fan of this series, I do agree with a lot of reviews that the movie felt rushed and I was left a bit disappointed. It should have been longer and taken the time to really pull all the seasons together. I felt a bit confused at times so maybe I’ll watch it again in case I missed anything. The ending was nice seeing some of the beloved characters from other seasons however Ragnar was missing!!! Why would they show Haesten at the table but not Ragnar??!! Don’t get me wrong, I liked Haesten but Ragnar should have been there. Super bummed about that. Also would have been nice to see Uhtred enter Valhalla and be welcomed by all those at the table. He truly deserved a happy ending and to see him torn between both worlds was kind of sad to me. Maybe it’s meant to show how he has been torn his entire life between Saxon and Dane?
