Don't get all the hate with this movie. Came in with no expectations, was pleasantly surprised. Frame this movie with the perspective of Arthur as a mentally ill man and everything clicks in better. The singing/hallucinations/day dreaming makes sense and paints a picture as to how ill this man really is. He is not the comic book character joker. He is an example of how environment can make people LIKE the joker character. 5/5, I really enjoyed it.
