I was skeptical at first if the show would be entertaining but it succeeded my expectations. Such a fun show to watch and the sideline story part is great. Kathy Bates.. well she’s phenomenal as usual. The cast relationships are spot on!

While the movie was obviously good at the special effects because of current technology, its story and the characters (way too young for this franchise) were mediocre at best. The constant reminders of the past movies became predictable and a bit monotonous. I personally thought Alien Covenant and Prometheus captured the essence of the film franchise. I would not rule it out as a movie to see because it does a great job on special effects.
