Chaotic, patched, non-cohesive script designed to maximize the income. Flat characters, not developed properly. Low artistic value (besides special effects) Lucas did it way better (even with Jar Jar Binks, midichlorians and pathetic Padme-Anakin romance). This trilogy is a failure, I have no doubt about that. For this amount of money one should be able to make a good, cohesive movie, for fans and beyond. But no.
