This book can be your good entry into understanding the Economics, what is FED, how it works, the fiscal policies: Keynesian & Classical, what is money and what are its different forms, three different monetary policy tools, et cetra. I found it very basic and I highly recommend to those aspirants who want to understand economics.

Firstly I am sucker for the thriller-crime story. "The Silent Patient" just sucked out the time as I was unable to put it down. I can't believe this is Alex Michaelidess's debut novel. Considering the amount of characters he developed, the vivid description of the scenes, as it just played in my mind like a narrative motion picture, the twist before the climax and the ending. As the story unfolds with every chapter, it becomes more and more intriguing . You just can't predict what the next chapter will unfold into and speaking about Theo, the main character, I think he is more like a "cloak and dagger" character; and I would leave it with that.
