Horrible!! Not organized at all. Bad experience. No drivers no anything, rude not helpful at all. Waiting for bus to Med center at Barnett. 5 of the 700 buses went by and they are all going the opposite direction and they have no clue of any busses heading to Med center. Ask Ed another nus driver# 2057 and kept insisting to take 700. No one helps and no one knows anything. Metro is bad and very disorganized. Disappointed.
