They butchered my favorite book series as a kid. Show ruined it. Ihad so much hope, but alas everything was changed. The characters, the story line, the fighting looked fake at times, the actors seemed like robots at times and unrealistic. I can't believe I'm saying this but I prefer the movies.
Edit 1: A bunch of bot/fake comments are saying the series is faithful to the books. If they had actually read the books they would clearly see everything has been changed. The only thing the same is the name of the show/book "Percy Jackson". Another Peter Johnson failure..
