Mark Sanborn was immediately impacted by the extraordinary service he received from Fred the postman. He recognized the difference of service the moment Fred was on vacation/leave. Many of us fail to see the little things that really make a difference. Whether it is a smile, eye contact or a simple polite greeting that “little” can greatly impact and affect a person’s life. The effect can initiate a reaction which over time serve as a multiplier.
Mark does a great job illustrating the effect throughout the book by presenting simple principles which anyone can do.
As I have the opportunity to interact with international personnel and people. I practice even more the Fred Factors the author illustrates in the book. Great read.
