I want to give it a zero. Sadly 1 is the lowest. The Acolyte is so bad, that it is worse than Game of Thrones Season 8. It is the worst show in Star Wars history, probably the television show history. The character is lacking, the acting is bland, and the plot has zero sense. The show seems to have been written for a mindless audience that prefers just content. Not a strong storytelling where you wanna escape reality. Just content, something you can find on TikTok. I wonder if this supposes to be a fanfic. Who approved this script? Who in a right mind thought, "Oh this is an excellent script!" Additionally, the show's disregard for established lore is very, very disappointing to us long-time fans. If you want to write a modern-day, political agenda, go somewhere and write an original piece. Don't use your political agenda and piggyback a franchise. This is what's happening to Disney's Star Wars and Disney in general. Nobody is listening to feedback, and they prefer to blame the fans for being racist, bigots, and whatnot. If your show is great, nobody will talk badly about it. You don't know your audience, you produce a show that is absolutely garbage, and you expect praise? Disney, I do hope your $180 million show was well spent.
