The Edge

If this game was purely about graphics and what can be achieved with the current gen technology, it would be fantastic... But it's not. The story is a poorly written revenge plot, which is crowbarred in by ignoring any character tropes and development from the first game and instead making the player make terrible choices and then forcing you to feel bad about choices you couldn't have made any differently. It tries to wrap the game up by saying "revenge is bad", letting the main antagonist get away with revenge, while the protagonist doesn't get the revenge she wanted and gets nothing in return. Which completely underlines the "revenge is bad" plot in the first place. If you haven't played the first game, ignore this and play the first one. If you are a fan of the first game, ignore this and play that again!
