I love British tv. And this show is cute and funny. There isn't a character that I don't love on this show. They did a good job with making it easy to like each person on the show. I love how close these two families became when their kids got married. I like that there is a bit of dysfunction but not too much that it gets in the way of the show. For those who say there is no plot, I have no idea what you're talking about. Did you actually watch the show? Anyway, take it for what it is, a cute show with lots of different characters who work well together.
