As a RN, the episode "Daughters" is disturbing on many levels....Fornell's out of control outbursts only tend to normalize violence towards healthcare workers. Pulling a gun will rightfully get charges filed against you and you won't be there at the hospital for your family. Yes, i know it is just a TV show, but seeing plants seeds and normalized violence or threats just make nurses jobs more dangerous.
