Carrie Shoup

The one thing this series gets right (at least at first) is its take on how characters Tully and Kate tend to envy each other at times and fail to see the blessings in their own life or the hardships in the others. Which was probably the only complex and interesting aspect of the whole thing. It only lasted for about half of the first season. The rest of the show became increasingly cliche, oversimplified, over-the-top, and over dramatic depiction of "mondern lives" and relationships. I love the actors and it was well casted but there was so much cringe, I couldn't finish watching it and stopped caring about the characters.
