The movie negates a part of it treasured series. JJ and Kathleen want you To believe that this has all been planned leading up to this big ending. It’s obviously hollow especially in how it disrespects Luke, Leia, Han and a myriad of nostalgia throwbacks to compete with Endgame. All of which is a failure of storytelling. From the story perspective Rey is the only important character. It’s equating Star Wars to Transformers or Fast and Furious. Fans deserve better but are treated as nothing more then a consumer of product.
