So.... what do I think of this movie? I think it's great! I think the reason to hate is it doesn't FEEL like a studio ghibli movie, and I agree, probably because of its unique soundtrack and 3D animation. Does that mean it's bad? NO! I loved this movie! But I also can understand why someone would hate it. It certainly might lower someone's expectations because they think that they are going to leave the movie with the feeling of watching a studio ghibli movie and all the emotions that follow, and if that's why you don't like it, that's ok! But I will say, this movie isn't trying to pull at your heartstrings, it's there doing what it wants and it's having a fun time. The ending is a little strange I will admit, but they were able to build a story, build good characters, and have some genuinely funny moments. AND OH MY GOD I LOVE OPENING ROCK SONG. Most of all, I think people were disappointed because they maybe don't agree with what I say, maybe they were unhappy with the end of the 2D animation era of studio ghibli, or they feel like the story was bland, or that the ending felt out of place. I can see where this came from, and I understand why you might feel this way, If you're wondering if you should see this movie, I say give it a shot! You might be surprised, I was expecting to go into this movie and have a stomachache by the time I got out, but I liked this movie! And I think It's one of those movies where you sit down and watch it from time to time, I called it a solid entry into studio ghibli, but I don't know everything, watch it yourself and come up with your own opinion. But I love it.

I personally LOVED this show when it first came out on Netflix, I watched it again with my little sister and it's still good! I'd be ok with a season 3, I feel like the ending was rushed. Although it probably won't happen, a girl can dream! I rate this 5 stars because honestly, this show deserves more recognition, YOU CAN KEEP YOUR POKEMON! I HAVE GLITTER FORCE! The characters are actually strong, powerful, and relatable girls. The villains are clever, and there are actually some really funny moments that make me laugh! I don't know how they would do a season 3 but honestly, I wish there was more to this series! I could go on, but I think you get it. The show does have its dry moments, but they are leveled out by the good moments! WE NEED A SEASON 3! Thanks for reading!
