Love it. Games with rich stories and lots of content are hard to come by these days and this game delivers. While there are some glitches, they are endearing and have not caused any progress-preventing issues for me. They are not unexpected considering the scale of the game and how this is often the case for many games. As one who loves titles such as Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls, etc, I wholeheartedly recommend this game.

For PC, frustrating experience on xbox controller. Key bindings that should be present are not, glitches, lag in response time, non-satisfying gameplay. It seems that a number of environments were recycled from the first game and throughout this game. Game attempts photorealism with environment almost making it, but it is clear that player models were not designed towards this or it slipped away and thus it is hard to appreciate the game's look (playing on computer with maxed out specs on maxed out settings). Game worth it only if on sale, this game is not worth $60. It is further questionable that Ubisoft did not permit sales on Steam. If you are looking for a new game to buy, get Metro: Exodus. It is significantly better than this game and EVERYTHING looks photorealistic, albeit with less playtime with it (but still a decent amount of playtime). Still Ubisoft, but less pain.
