And Swifties will still fall for the same capitalistic tactics of releases - a deluxe “surprise” drop just so they can open their wallets again and bow at her feet. Half of this album is written about the fleeting relationship with racist and offensive Ratty Healy, which is just beyond me. The Jack Antonoff production is boring, washed with reverb and repetitive. Not to mention how she CLINGS onto the Kim Kardashian drama as if she isn’t a 34 year old woman. “My mom wished you were dead” is MISERABLE. Taylor is disgusting. I think she needs to take a few years away before returning to any music. For the better.
