Overrated at all levels. We came for a business lunch and they had messed up our reservation which meant we had to crouch at a small table with 5 people. The atmosphere was loud, noisy and super cramped - the place itself very dirty (floor/tables / restrooms). The food is mediocre (but prices are not) and the service is for the lack of a better word just bad, unfiriendly, uninspired and you feel like a nuisance. It feels like the “trendy” places in some areas of Mallorca (including Portals) rely on them being ahead of the competition and loved by the regulars. But there are so many great new options popping up and with better food / service and prices - we will gladly spend our miney elsewhere…
