If you ever get a phone call from a tv court show asking to have your case heard on fire set, you know what show I'm talking about. DON'T DO IT!
Have your case heard in front of a Judge that will honor a contract and not go by emotions. Look here at there review and see for yourself, that something is wrong. Here is information below about how Judges are to validate contracts between to parties. If I could have given 5 stars minus, I would have. It's shameful to California law how these so called Judges, are handling these cases.
In general, California law requires judges to honor valid contracts between two individuals. This means that if both parties to a contract have voluntarily entered into it and the terms of the contract are legal and enforceable, a judge will typically uphold the contract and require both parties to perform their obligations under it.
However, there are certain circumstances under which a judge may be allowed to modify or invalidate a contract. For example, if one party to the contract was induced to enter into it by fraud, duress, or undue influence, a judge may be able to invalidate or modify the contract. Similarly, if the terms of the contract are unconscionable or against public policy, a judge may have the authority to invalidate or modify the contract.
In addition, if both parties agree to modify the contract, they may be able to do so without the intervention of a judge. However, any modifications to a contract should be in writing and signed by both parties to avoid any disputes about the terms of the modified agreement.
I will post a second part to this after the show airs.
