It's really not a bad movie overall, yes it is female lead actors aside from the villain. The visuals, audio, etc... are good but I think it could have used better scripts for the villain. He just really said typical villain lines with little to no effort. I know they wanted to keep it PG-13 but common now. It's like it's targeted towards kids and not teenagers and adults. I can't really blame the actors for this but I will blame the scripts and director. Overall I wouldn't watch this movie seriously (and take it seriously), it's more of a comedy movie.
