I don't think the BBC has made a better series but I don't think very young children or many people over 70 will get it or like it.
Taken from quality literature, it's a Steam Punk, SciFi, Fantasy involving children and teenagers who battle the forces of evil with help from 'adults'
If you don't like the sound of it, watch it anyway. You might be surprised
