At a time when two wars are waging, the US government is in disarray, and climate change has arrived, it was soothing and healing for my husband and I to spend our nights watching love bloom between the two leads, and the humor didn't hurt, either. It was heart warming and even though many of the plot turns are actually unbelievable, I found myself in tears twice because I began to believe the couple were truly made for each other. I also liked that there were intergenerational cast members since most couples in love in Western films don't seem to have any ties to their families.
