Nhi Nguyen

This is one of the best shows I've ever seen. I absolutely adore the interactions between Zhao Lusi and Yang Yang... To me, it felt more authentic than some of the dramas I've seen where they instantly fall in love and then spend 40-60 episodes falling apart and finding each other again. These two had great chemistry, I loved their banter and their friendship that makes the relationship seem more real. And, these two are strong actors that have a wide array to draw from and was fun to watch. If you are looking for shows where the couples are all over each other, this is not it. If you are looking for a show that shows a more believable love and relationship in a fantastic setting, this is definitely for you. Their adventures and the political intrigue added to the plot, and the growth of the characters and the world itself is unparalleled. The support cast was amazing as well, probably one of the most beautiful casts I've seen in a Wuxia drama. I highly recommend this and will probably rewatch it (again) soon. I really hope Zhao Lusi and Yang Yang are paired together again so I can watch that show too.
