First scary movie I've seen in the cinema...
It did not disappoint, the acting from the lead actress was incredible and the entire movie has taken the first movie and upgraded on every level.
Genuinely had be hiding behind my hands and points and really holding onto my seat.
The jump scares were times so perfectly, I'm no stranger to a thriller and enjoy predicting how these kinds of things play out, but every jump scare got me.
Shotes throughout were great, even when you don't want to look, you still want to look. Describing any of them would ruin it so I won't. The score leaves you with this unsettling, dreadful feeling without being tacky or overdone.
Plot wise, the ending we did see coming, however the twists and turns it took to get there did leaving us questioning it along the way.
Would definitely recommended giving this one a watch in the cinema!
Possibly not if you're easily scared though...
