Most pathetic movie ever watched. If this movie was to depict the era of change from silent to talkies well Chazelle should have done his homework likewise the script was all over the place. Margo lacked substance in her role and her hairstyle did not even reflect the style of the 20’s. Brad Pitt who was he suppose to be a Sennett, Vidor or a Griffith. The movie orchestrated so much in orginess, drugs and drunkness the film unfortunately was not well defined and degraded most of the actors in the movie. Guarantee you come out of the cinema and realise you just wasted 3 hours of your life. For those who thought the movie was spectacular seriously you have an issue. I’m sure the likes of Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd would roll in their graves for such a degrading movie. Please for those who may argue my opinion don’t come back and say this is “Art” or a “Reflection” This is my first time giving any rating on a movie - shows how disgusted and disappointed. The movie should never have been made.
