Can you do an episode on cooking gluten free. I'm 75 years old and 2 years ago became gluten sensitive. There are many, many gluten free products out there and lots of recipes. My problem is that I can't get enough fiber each day (21 grams) without eating huge amounts of beans, raspberries, etc. which are high in fiber. I'm also on a 1200 calorie diet for health reasons. No one seems to address the problem of gluten free people getting enough fiber. I've had to start taking supplements which I don't like doing. I'd rather get my fiber from my meals. Staying at 1200 calories sure hinders getting my daily amount of fiber. Can you help me and others who have this problem? Thank you so much.
