I completed the game 100% and I love Harry potter but this game was beyond disappointing. At first it is great and looks amazing and it is. The graphics are great and it feels fantastic stepping into the wizard ingredients world but very quickly it becomes boring and repetitive. The game does not offer much of challenge to gamers and 99% of the game is spent rinsing and repeating actions over and over again. Each cave you enter has the exact same layout, each merlin trial is a repetition of actions and you have to constantly use revelio. Don't get me wrong the map is huge and is visually stunning but most of my time was spent running around from place to place and very little time spent in Hogwarts. I got to the point that I did not want to complete the game because it was so tedious but I am a bit of a completionist so I pushed through. Considering how massive the world of Harry potter is the game was a massive let down. It was so easy that by mid point of the game I didn't even have to use and life potions. There is a lot wrong with this game. It is more suited to my youngest child as it does not provide an adult/gamer any challenge and due to the repetition of every action made the game incredibly boring. Would not recommend buying this at all unless its cheap, such a waste of money. I've played HP games on other platforms which were more immersive and challenging than this.
