Rated low due to the high expectations set by previous instalments. The only consistency of this film is its inconsistency.
The Batman sets to be a myth and a fear symbol for Gotham yet he is walking amongst a swamp of police and crowd constantly and the vilains actually aren't bothered about his existence.
Very deliberate easter eggs/cultural references that doesn't pay off to push the main line. Realism and actings are pale as compared to Nolan's interpretation, visually and aesthetically a step back from Synder's.
