I had a few struggles with this game. Like many others I've read, I found the control and other technical aspects so incredibly frustrating. Granted, I'm not the most experienced gamer so in general I'm bad and I'm several years behind on this game anyway. But from what I read, it wasn't just me. I also felt like there was too much left unsaid by the end of the story when it came to how the valley operated. I would have liked a bit more of an explanation of the world. But maybe I just need to read up on some theories on it. The visuals and hoping that the story would eventually make sense are the only reasons I kept going.
I was on the verge of rating it 3 stars until the ending. The ending made me ugly cry and sad the story was over. So it earned a star back for the ending alone. It made it worth all the frustration.
