There is that gap between the eyes and the heart and Fitoor is one of those movies which bridged that gap. Unlike stereotypical romantic movies with a 'harry met sally and they got married(after overcoming the usual hardships)' theme, this is an exception. The childhood has been particularly well framed. The children are exceptionally gifted actors, favoring Tunisha Sharma a bit more. The soft songs blend in with the natural music of the Himalayan mountains. The movie is like a song that flows like the hilly stream itself.The emotion seems to dance in their eyes. The characters possess a casual tenderness. The feeling of deep passion can be felt in every scene.The visuals, the pictures of Kashmir, add a different dimension to the myriad aspects of this movie. It will melt your heart. I don't know why, this movie though seemingly histrionic and slow paced will bring tears to your eyes, as the feelings of the heart come slowly only😁. Tabu as usual was the queen of this movie.

This is a funny, satirical and a genuine movie. It keeps you laughing, thinking and worrying at the same time. It has been enhanced by Sir Alan Rickman's superb acting. John Gissing will anger you as well as make you like him.
