Can I get my licence fee back..... thought I'd tuned into cbeebies, I grew up in the 80s/90s and saw better more dramatic and mature acting on byker grove or waffle doggy. When the Mrs sold this to me is sounded right up my street, with potential to be a compelling, interesting plot, decent amount of action and building tension and suspense, what it actually is, is a story that's unbelievable, made worse by the unconvincing acting, poor writing and in my view the equivalent to a cbeebies drama (and I mean that seriously) I know the BBC is losing direction and licence fee payers, I know cut backs have had to be made, but this is television equivalent of a mcdonalds happy meal.... appears like a tv program but void of anything worth consuming
