personally, i think it is a warning. ... one that not many seem to have picked up.
as was stated elsewhere obama had a lot of input based on his briefings in the white house.
one of the things that struck me was when scott told them that scarier than someone being in the control of the world(think davos) NO ONE IS!!!!!
