The host adds Irish down to earthness and humour, which many reviewers below aren't getting. The architects are good fun and the tech amazing to see. The designs are wild, particularly Robert's which means he doesn't get as many commissions. Love the personal touches each family puts to the designs. American design programmes could take some notes from this non-scripted, non-dramatic show.

Mostly stubborn people who don't follow the design brief or work as a team, and are clueless about practicality. Cassie shouldn't have won! She was incredibly annoying and never listened to clients. She didn't "evolve" at all as Michelle wanted! Ju was a gem and learned to tone down her crazy style. Frank became less cocky as the challenges went on and it was good seeing him begin to develop as a designer & person. I didn't like him at the start but he deserved to win at the end.

One of the best series I've ever watched. Real life issues, a relatable family and horses. So many horses and it has every equine sport & activity imaginable. People need to realise Ty's actor left himself to pursue a life after 15 years with the programme. Don't give the whole series 1 star because they wrote him off in whatever way they could. The only bad bit if I had to be picky is the unrealistic animal sounds but 100% worth a watch, even if you don't like horses! The books are brilliant too.

So much screaming! Have to skip half of each episode because of it and the team arguing/waffling. They do a great job though at the end.
