A brilliant who-done-it drama about a disfunctional company where people die in strange circumstances. A brilliant script with machine gun dialogue that benefits from having the subtitles on. Maxine Peake is brilliant as the spurned director, with great supporting cast.

A cheesy police drama, rather like a version of Death in Paradise transferred to Northern Ireland, but with generally less serious crimes. Story lines are full of holes but lead actor is charismatic and overall a pleasant watch.

An excellent drama series about a guy who wakes up after an accident in the Outback with no idea who he is or how he got there, but which he gradually discovers over the 6 episodes. Sharp and often hilarious script, great performance from Jamie Dornan, but let down by a bizarre ending.

Gripping but very confusing psycho drama, ruined by a dreadful ending that instead of resolving things, simply created more confusion and uncertainty. After watching 6 hours of TV you are left feeling you have wasted a large chunk of your life. Its not just me, as far as I can tell nobody on social media could understand what it was all about either. The only saving grace is that the acting was superb.

One of the best drama series ever made by the BBC. Visceral and riveting. Martin Freeman's performance is awesome, deserves at least one Oscar.

A slow moving crime drama with weak story lines lacking any credibility. All the relevant happenings could have been condensed into a 15 minute short, which would probably still have been boring. Not worthy of the BBC.

Possibly the worst film I have ever seen. Pathetic and incomprehensible story line, naff acting, and unimpressive cinematography. All this could be forgiven if the special effects were stunning. But they are not, being amateurish, and with no originality, and zero wow factor. And how absurd that in future millennia warfare would be conducted between armies of acrobats using just swords and daggers. Not a light saber in sight. A film totally lacking in imagination or creativity.
