c ph (Pink Gardenia)

I happened to stumbled upon this c drama while browsing for something to watch and I really like this drama. Great casting of actors and actress which made this story came to life. They made us cried, laughed, hate and emotionally charged at almost every episode. The love story between the two leads developed slowly as it was really sweet and touching. A typical traditional Chinese family bonding was displayed when the War broke out. Even the much hated son in-law of the main family was later explained as a hero when he died in the war. Much more thought was shown how the freedom fighters, fight against the Japanese. The war scenes were realistic and so was the burning scene when the town was set on fire. Well, a good drama ended with a happy reunion of the two main characters.
