I have organized two of these work groups. The authors pride easy to follow step by step instructions. I learned in the second group to hue a little closer to the text, trust built on my second go round. I can now say I trust this process so implicitly I am planning another workshop. A good Alanon Meeting can arise from the ashes of one of these workshops. Recently I have become aware of great pain remaining in my heart. Its coming out sideways. This process freed me from being driven. That is a good thing.
