This story is absolutely magnificent. It's good to see works of Persian epic getting movie and animation adaptaions. I loved it. However, I was not satisfied with the characters. Characterization needed more work. They all seemed shallow. For example Zahhak's character has so much potential. They could've described how a caring monarch was driven to madness at the result of his own greed with more detail. Also, his inner conflict was not demonstrated properly. The same goes for the other characters as well. There were some minor plot holes that can be overlooked, since I already know the full story. The art style and quality of animation was perfect. Definitely they had put so much effort into depicting the details. The animation's use of music is its other positive point. Music and the scenes were well combined, creating a touching moment. I'd like to emphasize on the greatness of the story again. Amazing story!
