I’m still trying to process this movie. It’s the only movie that I’ve watched that I can’t make a determination if I liked it or kinda liked it or hated it. I think it’s all three. Things I liked: 1)Batman’s personality. When I think of Batman this personality is what I think of. Very few words but when he does speak it’s to the point and no feeling you can tell he has some issues inside. 2) He spent a lot of time in the movie as Batman in his suit and not just in action scenes. 3) I liked the detective work in the movie. Kinda reminded my of the Batman cartoons I watched as a kid. Things I didn’t like 1) Riddlers costume. I just didn’t get it. I did like the character he had some great moments in the movie. 2) catwoman suit looked to low budget for me. Should have used a different mask 3) movie was way to long a lot of slow moments in the movie 4) Batman’s uncertainty about his skills as a fighter and what he could do. Batman scared to jump off a building. He plainly said in the movie he wasn’t scared to die but he looked scared of it in that scene. Did he just become Batman. I know this is a early version of Batman but I would have like his fighting skills and weapons which were few to have been a little more refined even for a young Batman. Come on he is a billionaire or something like that. All in all it’s just a ok movie. If I’d known what I know now I’d just waited for it to come out on satellite years from now.
