I played this game as a kid and man it was one of my favorite games. It’s INCREDIBLY disappointing and somewhat frustrating that I can’t earn cars and drive like I could in the old game. I wanted to go on a trip of nostalgia, but instead I’m left with a very bitter taste for corporate greed. They should not expect consumers to fork out real-life money to “win”. Needless to say, I will not be playing this game anymore as it’s indescribably boring and not worth my valuable time. I’m just glad I paid $30 for it instead of the full $70. Cancel culture is toxic but let’s cancel companies and games that push micro-transactions. We paid for the effing game, now let us play with complete autonomy and don’t force us to spend more money just to access the rest of the game!
