One of the best mystery dramas that I've watched. Series 2 is just out but as series 1 blew my mind away, I decided to watch it again before starting series 2. This time around, it made a lot more sense and it was more evident so much of the story was interlinked. Lots of little things that I missed were there in full view and now I understood their importance. Great acting and great story telling.

Both excellent series, with a touch of black humour. I love the long suffering boss and indeed all of the cast. It's very sweary, but this fits in naturally to the show and plot.

Rotten tomatoes got this right - it's garbage. From the first 10 minutes everything is signalled way in advance and everything is so so prediable. It doesn't take long for the shallow sub plots to get tedious and so zzzzz Don't waste your precious time watching this unless you have masochistic tenancies

Completely without a coherent plot. Very frustrating to watch, with parts seemingly jumped from one scene to halfway through the next scene. It's neither a good drama and has no so called supernatural underpinning or tension : just confusion.

Tries to be quaint and amusing, but doesn't quite achieve either. The story of the crimes and the actual crimes are only taken semi seriously. Every character can be described as oddball. Not my cup of tea.

I love anything with Tchéky Karyo in it. Yes, it is pure farce, but I found the comedy and story really engaging. I can also see why many people are turned off by the violence and the silliness; it certainly seems to be a bit like marmite for people.

Better than the critics say it is!! I binge watched over 3 days and although there were plot holes aplenty, it still held my attention with some unexpected twists and turns. Roll on Series 2.

Very different and all the better for it.

Enjoyed series 1 & 2 a lot, but series 3 is so very very slow where very little happens. Yes I knew that Hidden was dark and with hidden menace (no pun intended) but this was a bit too far with a turgid plot; such as it was.

Wooden acting, leaps of location with no explanation. I'm not sure whether it's a poor story, poor scriptwriting, poor directing, poor acting or all of these elements. It just looks invented and does not click.
