I've had this film on DVD for many, many years (I'm 83 now!). It never fails to affect me in so many ways. I usually watch it again every year around Christmas time. I'm watching it now. I always have tissues ready! Nothing wrong with a film giving me a few reasons to get teary-eyed. The music and singing are fantastic. One must realize the year this film was made over 50 years ago. A classic is there ever was one. Since I was born and raised in Britain - anything to do with Camelot/Avalon holds me in it's grasp. With gratitude - Brit' by birth/American by choice!

I'm still watching re-runs - have done so for years! Will continue to do so until they take it off the air - I'm 83 ha, ha! Age plays no part in what I watch. All the characters play off one another perfectly.
