Edward Shafer

Interesting use of black/white then color as well as episodic development, but ultimately boring film. Conflicts are so downplayed there is little to arouse audience intetest. Most dialogue is trivial and mumbled. Mulligan overacts with multiple facial closeups meant to suggest (missing) depth of character. Overall, film does somewhat normalize bisexuality as lifestyle.
