I have purchased two Oliso irons. The first one stopped working after about two years. I contacted the company. They said it was out of warranty and gave me a 20% off on another iron that came with a one-year warranty. In less than 18 months the second iron stopped working. The same problem it just won’t heat up. I contacted Liz so they’re very sorry but it has a one year warranty and they’ll give me 20% off again for the latest iron. That’s about $100 a year for an iron. As a quilter, I love being able to take my hand off of it and have it pop up but there is no other reason to buy this iron. The quality is not there and with a one-year warranty it makes it very very expensive. I would advise you to look at other irons.
