The show is alright. I wish i could say the show was great, especially because I am mexican american, and its cool to find a show like this on Netflix. However, I feel like they made the chicano culture to specific to LA chicano culture. They should of made it a little more general mexican american culture. There is also i feel an over amplfied of LGBTQ awarness in the show. Although I think its gret they try to promote this awarness its a little to much and at times it takes over the plot of some episodes and looses its versatility.
