The game is a huge scavenger hunt RPG under the guise of a Far Cry game. Endless cut scenes, never ending respawning enemies, a massive lack of ammo, lifeless characters, a number of fluff missions just to waste time. The game lasts an estimated 30 hrs, but at least half of that is spent watching cut scenes and having to travel back and forth to actually do anything. The last thing considered for this game is a FPS. I do not recommend this game at all. Just buy Far Cry 5 and you'll actually enjoy it. Pros: Holstering your gun does actually prevent enemies from immediately targeting you. The vehicles are quite nice looking. The storyline is somewhat interesting. The map is massive and very scenic. Cons: Enemies overtime do not become more skilled, they just have increased health. Helicopters require 2-3 rockets to be taken down. Enemies respawn constantly until a certain objective is reached. Ammo is only found from scavenging around, even though they constantly respawn enemies right in front of you. Vehicles drive like they weight 5x what they should. Endless cutscenes! Every mission begins with cutscene, another starts when you reach the mission location, and another when the mission ends. The game reeks of GTA 5, Borderlands, Just Cause 4, and FC New Dawn. Almost every boss, including the final boss is killed in a cutscene, not by the player. The characters are so lifeless and extremely uninteresting. Their friends are killed right in front of them, and they're response is, "I guess we have to finish what they started".
