On the 5th of December our Bus were delayed by an hour an 45min. We supposedly gotten an sms. Yes we did 02:45 the morning. Due to the bus being late we all had to suffer 1 stop at 6 o Clock at Lainsburg. The next stop were at 02:45 the Driver we the rudest person I have ever came across. Everyone moaned to please get off some of the other passengers had children who were Hungry but we were refused to get off. And by rude I mean he shouted at the people. Why drive a Luxury liner with such good reference and then you get that treatment form the driver, the co driver got off the bus to buy himself cold drinks and food but we may not. Sitting from 15:00 to 02:45. Really I will never recommend Greyhound to anyone. Once I got to Klerksdorp My family saw and heard the driver shouting rudely at the passengers who just wanted to strech for a second, They /We are paying customers and that driver shouting rudely at us in a mean tone of voice. Please get staff who knows how to speak to the public specially for the price we pay for a luxliner. I am supposed to book my ticket back. But with that type of people treating and shouting at us like that and forcing us to sit for 12 hours straight I'm sorry I won't . The bus being late were not our problem but we had to pay the price physically no Thanks. Please review your staff. And there manner of speaking to the passengers!! (Update!
