I'm an avid Cdrama fan and have already watched well over 100 over the years, but Love Like the Galaxy has earned a place in my top rated. From start to end the storyline kept me fully engaged and was at the perfect pace. Most notably both leads are so young (22 & 23yrs) but their acting was so on point that I laughed when they laughed, and cried when they cried, and felt all the feelings they shared on screen. Leo Wu was also pretty good in The Long Ballad but it can't hold a candle next to his performance in Love Like the Galaxy. Often some dramas will drag out in the middle and then wrap up the storyline in the last 1 or 2 episodes which leaves me running to google with many questions, however the writers of LLTG deserve their accolades. Lastly I'll commend the directors and cinematographers as the visuals were amazing. This drama is a realistic display of loyalty vs filal piety, forgiveness and growth vs hatred and revenge and true love vs blind obsession.
